Refund policy

Generation credits and payment refund requests.

Last updated: 2026-10-16

Failed generations

A confirmed failed, canceled or expired generation returns its 10 reserved credits automatically. This is a credit restoration, not a refund to your payment card. A request whose upstream status is unknown remains reserved while it is reconciled. Reopening the page or checking the same task does not charge another 10 credits.

Completed videos

Completed videos consume credits. Variation in style, facial similarity, motion or story details does not automatically qualify as a technical failure. If you believe a result is unusable, send the task ID and a description through support for review; an additional credit adjustment is not guaranteed.

Payment refunds

For an accidental or duplicate credit-pack purchase, contact support within 14 days of purchase. Unused packs can be reviewed for a refund. Partly used packs and completed generations are reviewed individually, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Do not initiate additional generations using disputed credits while the request is under review. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method; bank posting time varies. Related unspent credits are removed as part of the refund review.

How to request

Open a Support ticket from the account that made the purchase and provide the order number, purchase date, reason and any affected task IDs. Do not send full card numbers. We verify eligibility and communicate the outcome through the ticket. Payment refunds are handled manually; there is no automatic cash refund when you delete a video or close your browser.

Cancellation and legal rights

Credit packs do not renew, so there is no subscription to cancel. Started generations cannot be canceled from the customer interface. Nothing in this policy limits refund or withdrawal rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
